Chi Kung is the management of vital energy through specific physical movements, breathing techniques, visualizations & meditation practices. It is an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Taoism. It has been used for millenniums for the cultivation of health, longevity and spirituality.

In this class you will learn how to connect with your menstrual cycle based on the Daoist principles of Yin-Yang. You will move through a simple sequence of Chi Kung and you will also learn a Taoist practice focused on women’s health that can help: Balance hormones // Regulate menstruation // Alleviate PMS // Relief menopause symptoms Enhance fertility // Cultivate vitality & creativity // Cultivate awareness, wisdom & compassion

Irene Sanchez-Celis is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist & Birth Doula. Irene is also a Western Medical Doctor trained in Mexico. Irene is passionate about women’s health, fertility, pregnancy & everything connected to women’s moon cycles. Irene believes healing comes form the integration of body mind spirit. Her intention is to share tools of transformation that can empower women so they can flow in life with ease, have a vibrant & healthy life & in this way be beacons of light within their family & community.
