THE INTENTION

This retreat was created to offer a safe space for women to retreat & take time for themselves. To allow their body, mind and soul to replenish, heal, and play in the ocean waves. Marie Soleil & Irene have made a connection with many local Mexicans who practice ancestral teaching & teach surfing. They have experienced their benefits on many levels.  Their wish is to offer these practices for other women to experience themselves at a deeper level. You will experience transformation and shifting into your own awareness towards a new relationship with yourself through community, wellness & time spent in nature. 

Offerings will include a variety of transformational embodiment practices like: meditation, chi kung, breathwork, yoga, dance, sound healing, ceremony and surfing.  Exploring your inner space through these practices will enliven the light within you, and build confidence in who you are. You will be able to surf through your internal landscape with ease & empowerment, and the goal is to be able to bring this new embodiment into your everyday life.

​Surfing is a practice of surrendering and patience. Playing in the waves brings us back to our child-like nature of playfulness. Combine with the healing properties of mother Ocean.

​We have designed the retreat as a la carte (bespoke) so that you can sense what resonates for you when choosing an activity and to allow spontaneity & flow to be part of your journey. This is your retreat and we invite you to listen to what your intuition & wisdom is asking for. Many of us have lost that connection and my wish is to reawaken it within you.
