That said, this work can stir deep emotions — so we recommend having some self-regulation practices in place (like somatic therapy, breathwork, journaling, meditation, yoga, dance, or martial arts). -
Yes, this is a sacred sexuality immersion — but all sexual practices will be guided for you to explore privately, at home.
There is no nudity, no sharing of explicit content. Everything is approached with reverence and choice. You are always in control of your experience.
